Pilot accepts a limited number of reservations for parties of up to eight guests.
Walk In Guests
Pilot operates primarily as a walk-in restaurant, reserving the majority of our tables, and the entirety of our bar, for walk-in guests. In the event that you are unable to make a reservation, we encourage you to join us anyway. We'll be happy to seat you on a first-come, first-served basis.
Modify or Cancel a Reservation
Should your plans change, please let us know at least 3 hours before your reservation time by using the "modify reservation" or "cancel reservation" links in your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a missed reservation without prior cancellation, a fee of $25 per guest will apply.
